“Trao đổi sinh viên trong nước tại UEH” là chương trình mà UEH phối hợp kết nối với các cơ sở giáo dục đại học trên cả nước, mang tới cho Bạn cơ hội trải nghiệm phong cách giáo dục riêng biệt, tiếp thu những kiến thức mới nhất, môi trường học thuật hiện đại, đồng thời kết nối trực tiếp với các sinh viên tài năng của một Đại học trọng điểm quốc gia.
“Domestic Student Exchange Program at UEH” is an initiative through which UEH collaborates with higher education institutions across Vietnam to provide students with the opportunity to experience UEH’s distinctive educational approach, acquire up-to-date knowledge, study in a modern academic environment, and connect directly with talented peers at one of Vietnam’s leading national universities.
Chỉ với 2 - 5 tháng “thực học”, các bạn sẽ được thụ hưởng chương trình học đạt chuẩn quốc tế và nhận ngay chứng chỉ vô thời hạn mang tên Đại học Kinh tế Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh - UEH.
With only 2 - 5 months of “dedicated study”, participants will benefit from an internationally standardized curriculum and receive a certificate of lifelong validity issued by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH).

Người học có nhu cầu tham gia trao đổi học tập tại UEH đăng ký theo hình thức trực tuyến và thực hiện theo trình tự các bước sau:
Learners who wish to participate in an exchange program at UEH shall register online and complete the following steps:
- Bước 1: Người học tìm hiểu các lộ trình đào tạo các ngành học tại UEH và lựa chọn những môn học phù hợp với bản thân tại Cổng tuyển sinh UEH. (Tips: Sử dụng công cụ tìm kiếm nhanh của website để tìm hiểu nhanh chóng hơn);
Step 1: Explore UEH’s academic pathways and select courses that best suit your academic needs via the UEH Admissions Portal. (Tip: Use the website’s quick search tool for faster access to relevant information);
- Bước 2: Người học theo dõi Thời khóa biểu Học kỳ giữa 2026 tại đây;
Step 2: Follow the Summer semester 2026 schedule here;
- Bước 3: Người học đăng ký tham gia chương trình tại đây;
Step 3: Register gỏ the program here;
- Bước 4: UEH Mekong liên hệ người học đã đăng ký để tiếp nhận, trao đổi thông tin, hỗ trợ thủ tục;
Step 4: UEH Mekong will contact registered applicants to collect information, provide consultation, and support the necessary procedures;
- Bước 5: UEH Mekong xếp lớp học phần phù hợp theo học phần và thời gian học thống nhất với người đăng ký;
Step 5: UEH Mekong will arrange suitable course sections based on the selected courses and the study period agreed upon with each applicant;
- Bước 6: UEH Mekong lập danh sách người học chính thức đến trao đổi tại UEH Mekong;
Step 6: UEH Mekong will finalize the official list of participants in the exchange program at UEH Mekong;
- Bước 7: UEH Mekong thông báo cho người học qua email, điện thoại;
Step 7: Applicants will be notify via email and telephone.
- Bước 8: Người học tham dự học tập tại UEH cơ sở Phân hiệu Vĩnh Long.
Step 8: Learners will attend classes at either the UEH Mekong campus in Vinh Long.
- Bước 9: Người học sau khi hoàn tất được cấp 02 giấy chứng nhận: (1) Giấy chứng nhận hoàn thành chương trình học tập theo hình thức trao đổi sinh viên tại UEH và (2) Giấy chứng nhận Kết quả học tập học phần có kết quả tại UEH.
Step 9: Upon completion of the program, learners will be awarded two certificates: (1) a Certificate of Completion for participation in the student exchange program at UEH; and (2) a Certificate of Academic Results for the courses completed at UEH.
Người học khi tham gia chương trình trao đổi cần đáp ứng điều kiện sau:
Learners participating in the exchange program must meet the following conditions:
- Không vi phạm kỷ luật, không thuộc diện xem xét buộc thôi học;
Must not have committed any disciplinary violations or be under consideration for dismissal;
- Đang học chương trình đào tạo có môn học phù hợp với chương trình trao đổi;
Must be enrolled in an academic program with courses compatible with those offered in the exchange program;
- Đáp ứng các điều kiện theo thỏa thuận hợp tác giữa UEH với các trường đối tác;
Must satisfy the conditions stipulated in the cooperation agreements between UEH and partner institutions;
- Nếu phục vụ trao đổi tín chỉ thì tổng số tín chỉ tích lũy tại cơ sở đối tác không vượt quá 25% tổng khối lượng của chương trình đào tạo.
For credit transfer purposes, the total number of credits earned at the partner institution must not exceed 25% of the total credit requirements of the academic program.
Trách nhiệm khi tham gia chương trình trao đổi:
Responsibilities when participating in the exchange program:
- Chấp hành quy chế, quy định, thông báo khi tham gia chương trình trao đổi;
Comply with all regulations, policies, and official announcements related to the exchange program;
- Nộp hồ sơ đăng ký đầy đủ và học phí học phần trao đổi đúng hạn theo quy định;
Submit complete application documents and pay tuition fees for exchange courses in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulations;
- Tuân thủ thời khóa biểu, quy định về học tập, kiểm tra, đánh giá, công tác rèn luyện và các quy định khác tại UEH Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và UEH Mekong trong thời gian trao đổi;
Adhere to the timetable, academic regulations, assessment requirements, code of conduct, and other relevant policies at both the UEH Ho Chi Minh City Campus and the UEH Mekong Campus throughout the exchange period;
- Chịu trách nhiệm về chỗ ăn ở, sinh hoạt và các chi phí bảo hiểm, y tế và các chi phí liên quan khác phát sinh trong thời gian học tập trao đổi;
Take full responsibility for accommodation, living expenses, insurance, healthcare, and other related costs incurred during the exchange period;
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác có liên quan theo quy định trong thời gian trao đổi.
Fulfill any additional obligations as required throughout the exchange period.
